Email Support

With your new EMR purchase, you get 30 days of free email support.  If you have any questions in this time frame, you can email us at support@daylite-emr.com and you will get a response within 24-48 hours.  For support needs beyond the  30 days, you can buy a support package from our web store.

 

 

Ticketing System

With our priority support package, in addition to the email option, you will have a log in to our web trouble ticketing system.  Any issues reported using the ticketing system will be looked at immediately and you will be notified of the progress.

 

 

Setup Assistance/Web training

If you require setup assistance or prefer web/phone training, these can be also purchased on our web store.  We will call you to schedule a time to assist in the setup of the software or to train you, whichever the case may be.
